Annual Meeting

In January, the POA held it's annual meeting at the Presbyterian Church in Yarnell.

Don Burton arranged for a number of vendors, from well drillers to interior decorators, to come and set up information tables. It was a hit with both the property owners and the vendors.

There was a lot of discussion about roads.

Steve Hampton requested that the board pay for a cattle guard, which the membership voted on and approved.

The membership also approved a prudent financial reserve.

The meeting was very well attended. We had something like 40 property owners show up.

Afterward, we and Kathleen both held open houses, which were also well-attended.

We didn't think about taking pictures during the open house, but here's a lovely housewarming gift from our friends and fellow property owners Bryan and Nora Evans.

These came from irises that belonged to Bryan's great grand-mother. We were very touched by their thoughtfulness.
